This is just another product/service. Available in most of the countries. Profitable business. Only difference is only Sri Lankan government is promoting it as they have no other task they can do without any money in hand.😂😂😂

@@Pixeelated Sri Lanka is Very small Island comparing with other large countries where starlink available . SLT Fiber is available many rural areas you may not know . Government should intervene utilizing their 49% with SLT to spread out Fiber across the country

@@asankasenarath2391 it's not, check the coverage. Even if fiber it's available it's expensive for average man and in that case a 4g router is more affordable but it's limited coverage.

Your team needs to negotiate a lower price for the Starlink internet service, as the current price is high. It's essential to discuss and agree on a more reasonable price for those who are willing to get Starlink for their homes.
Excellent information Thank You Point well taken If our prices higher Than USA’ UK’ KENYA, UGANDA, Maldives, 😂 prices Can not bring down to at least above countries levels We will be covered with couple of phone no too who knows Let’s ask 🤝
Government can offer them for free in those remote areas like a one starlink for whole village. Those villages typically has around 20-60 people so speed wont be affected much or each family can pay a monthly fee so it will be lower if their more families

As I know there's data limits. So what if the data quota ended because everyone in those villages used it cause there's no speed limit? Then the whole village don't have Internet? But yes I truely appreciate if the government buy the unlimited data quota for the general public. Its gonna be bad if the government fail to provide equality if the villages who can't get Internet will have the opportunity to have this kind of Internet it should be provided to whole Sri Lanka as well. Can you tell me if the starlink gonna make a custom build for those areas? Cause its really a disadvantage to provide Internet that way for starlink. They provide the connection to individual users, for an example they provide starlink for a family. But if they can provide Internet by using a custom build which can provide Internet for everyone which has like 5 kilometer range wifi. That will be great though its gonna be an disadvantage for them. Will they do that for sri lanka?

@@lordsj what? Their is no data limit. Every package they has is unlimited data. It won't be a disadvantage for anybody. Do you realize it cost millions to build a tower? Starlink is better in every way and provide internet to children who has to climb on trees to get access to internet. Average internet speed in Sri Lanka is 4mbps and starlink is 100-200mbps.

There's a data limit check again.

Do you realise a starlink router have only 185 square meters wifi radius?
99 $ means 29 700 LKR just for rental . is it affordable? joke . around 8 000 LKR you can buy Fiber unlimited package i think. on top of that initial cost he said 400 $ around . make 1.35 lac . these prices are without TAX remmber . what will be prices with TAX add?

2:24 kwd me? Danata SLT 300 Mbps denawa with low latency and stable connection compared to starlink. "Starlink's ping is unstable and may spike every few minutes when it changes satellites."
