I have been to Moscow and Saint Petersburg. While in St Petesburg, I appeared lost several times while studying my map. Three separate people at different times during one days outing, were concerned to ask if I needed help. I obviously stood out. Clearly they went out of their way. I watched as this women on the opposite side of the street scoop up here dog and walked directly toward the tram stop I was waiting at. She crossed the street which was at least 40 feet wide and proceeded to explain that I was in the wrong spot to catch the tram; then showed me where to go. I think it is the governments that do not get along. Some American people too think Russia is an enemy because of Media portrayal.

I am studying Russian. If the English subtitles say something very different from the dialogues in the movie and, sometimes, they do not make any sense. Then it is useless. I wonder if professional translators write the subtitles? Does anybody know?
