Starmer's expenses 'raise questions' about PM's judgement, says Tory contender

Sky's Sophy Ridge interviews Conservative leader candidate Tom Tugendhat and dives into the donations row surrounding Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Mr Tugendhat says Sir Keir's expenses "raise questions" about his judgement.
He says: "You've got to make a decision. Does it look right? Does it smell right? Pass the sniff test, frankly?"
He added "And to be number one in that ranking does raise some questions."
