It all smacks of gross incompetence. These people are completely lacking in self-awareness and any understanding of how the public perceives them, and they clearly don't have the wit to hire people with the intelligence and courage to do this for them. What an absurd comparison. Labour/Starmer's issues have been to do with image and optics. Truss caused an economic crisis. Not to say that some of the criticisms are not unreasonable.
