Even after his death, Helena lived with one of her sons wherever he was sent by Bindusara. Aur Yavan kaun sa desh hai bhai? Yavana does not necessarily means Greek. It means any agressor. Every god damn show maker forgetting that Bindusara and Helena were of same age is damn hilarious. Chakravartin made them like mother and son and he would sleep in her lap. Same in this show. If Bindusara ever slept in her lap in real life, Chandragupta would give death sentence to Helena. 😂

bcz they have to make helena negative. And for that she has to be in the picture since start of the show. But chakravartin was ashoka's story not chandragupta's . So idk why they introduced helena as first wife of chandragupta and mother of his eldest son. even if they had to make her negative, they could had placed bindusar and her in same age group and her son being in teenage , same age as sushim.That would had made some sense

And if it was hollywood, Bindusara and Helena would be made in a relationship too 🤢 but it's india and people are quite sensitive about when it comes to historical characters , so no one dared it. 😂 And gladly they didn't because Parishist Parvan says no Mauryan prince had ever went against wishes of head of the house (when Tisyarakshita approached Kunal and he rebuked and rejected her).

She was daughter of a Yavana king Suluva but simpletons make Suluva and Seleucus same. Seleucus doesn't sound like it, it is Sehlefkos in Greek. 😂 Also Yavana doesn't mean Greek, it means an aggressor. He could be Persian, Bactrian, Greek, Shaka or mixed. Oh well 😒

Fun Facts of real history - 1- Bindusara and Helena were in same age group. 2- Helena's name was changed to an indian one in India. 3- Helena was just 16 years old and Chandragupta was her first romantic encounter. 4- Chanakya found Helena a nuisance and childish. 5- For two years Helena and Chandragupta stayed in north western region, him for the purpose of consolidation and Helena for starting her new marital life. Planes didn't exist then. Chandragupta stayed with his new bride for two years near indus region.
