I remember watching this before I got to season 3 or 2 for that matter. And I was so confused. I knew who Thea was. But, I just remember thinking "Who is this Sara and why did Thea kill her". I know that they said she was under the influence of a drug. But, I was still so confused. I was so annoyed because I didn't understand and had to wait until I got to that season. You know, that's what I get for watching this clip before I saw season 3

I’m on season 5, but I decided to be dumb, and watch Oliver’s funeral. Now I have to watch 3 more seasons before I know what happened. (I know part of what happened, but not the whole thing.)

Thea killing Sara even when mind-controlled makes no sense for the following reasons: 1-In the actual scene of Sara's murder, we heard the voice of Sara's killer right before she was struck with arrows. The killer said "Sara Lance" in a creepy, ominous voice that sounded nothing like Thea's voice at all. 2-There's no reason Sara can't defend herself from Thea, of all people. Keep in mind that Sara had 5 years of training with the League of Assassins and mopped the floor with Huntress (a master archer) and Slade's Mirakuru army (who all have super strength), whereas Thea only trained with Malcolm for six months. What this even more absurb is that I remember Felicity ran a virtual autopsy on Sara and said the arrows were shot beyond normal capabilities, which sounded like the work of a master archer. Thea may be an archer now, but she's not a professional so there's no way her arrow shootings could match the ones on the autopsy. If anything, I think Malcolm killed Sara himself, doctored the footage of Thea killing Sara and lied about drugging her to blackmail Oliver into challenging Ra's while using Oliver's arrows so that Oliver's DNA would he read on them

​@darthjesus7079 "Didn't perceive her as a threat"? She clearly saw Thea aiming at her when she noticed Thea and asked "What are you doing here?" As a trained assassin, Sara would have thought instinctively and not left herself open to someone she can clearly see is about to shoot her to death with arrows. Never underestimate her League of Assassins training
