Looked like a great night out under the stars. I get what you mean about every little sound creeping you out though 😱😂

Badass session! Congrats on the video. Sadly the north america nebula is quite low on the horizon for my southern latitude. Is there a way you could share the stacked pre processed file to check it out? Im still hanging with SiriL and PS post process experimenting. Keep it up, good content!

Hey there, thank you very much! I'm stacking directly in Pixinsight, so I would need to export it from there. I'm not 100% happy with this shot (stars are a bit blown up), but I'll check if I can upload something similar unprocessed on Telescopius. Here is the link to the North America Nebula from another previous session (-> Revision 2 for only preprocessed image) telescopius.com/pictures/view/127584/deep_sky/north-america-nebula/NGC/7000/diffuse-nebula/by-chrizzlys_observable_universe?revision_id=199572

How did you connect your ZWO to the Samyang 135mm ?
@ChrizzlyUniverse Жыл бұрын
Hi there, I used an official adapter that is sold by ZWO directly (E-Mount adapter). This works only for ZWO cams with a small sensor (~ 1 inch). CS!
Complains about not finding Polaris, Meh try polar aligning in the Southern hemisphere

I bet the southern cross is tricky to align (havent seen it myself), but if you are inaging close to the southern summer solstice in december I imagine it to be nearly impossible 😄 Cheers!
