Such a lovely simple design. I had a bad morning (I poured water into my coffee bean grinder instead of the water receptacle. After an hour or so of cleaning and drying things are ok again) and just watching you create this painting (with a fresh cup of decaf) it helped calm me down as well as inspire me. OK. I made the 4 Christmas trees for my son and husband to choose for our cards. Except they happened to see this painting too and convinced me to make this one instead. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am up to 20 cards, making them 4 at a time on 10”x14” paper, taped into four sections, then cutting them card sized - the final size is perfect for A7 cards. I will print and paste my Christmas family events poem on the back, which I should make them do since I will be busy painting! Did I mention we usually send out about 80 cards? I just keep reminding myself that I am getting a whole bunch of brush miles with this wet on wet blending technique. Right! Wish me luck. LOL! I am trying to make a dent before we start the advent calendar. So excited to start that! 😃🤩
