Awesome Song!! Tears came to my eyes because I thank God for bringing my son home from 3 deployments to Iraq and 1 deployment to Afghanistan. He is no longer in the military but I still pray for the ones still defending our country.

Nathan... As the Gold Star mother of CW3 Matthew G. Wagstaff that was KIA on 9/21/2010 in Qalat, Afghanistan while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom, I just want to say "thank you". I heard it for the first time yesterday on the FrontRunner train on my way to the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City to pickup some prescriptions for myself. Yes, I am a military vet. It brought tears to my eyes! Thank you Nathan Osmond, you deserve a thank you from all the military for your song!

We had an inspiring weekend in Seattle where we recognized Ten Outstanding Young Americans- the US Jaycees presented Nathan Osmond this title of distinction for his many sacrifices and contributions for the Children. The Marine in this is an actual service man who has been in for about 12 years. The woman holding and caring for the two children is really his wife. I am honored to say that I am related to them. His parents, who were in the Air Force, are very proud of his service.
