Starscream Gunpla Kit Bash -Transformers G1

Hey everyone, I'm doing something different today in regards to expressing my creative side.
It's not a cosplay related video this week but this project still utilized a lot of the problem solving skills I've used in the past for making costume and props.
I took a bunch of gundam model kits and "kit bashed" them together to create a Custom Starscream Figure from Transformers G1. Check out the video and see how it was all done.

Hey everyone, I wasn't able do a Cosplay Tutorial this week. I was doing my taxes and it takes a while when you run a business to make sure it's all in order. So I put together this Gunpla Kit bash video, as a way to still show you something creative from one of my hobbies. Let me know if you'd like to see more Gunpla Projects. I seen it done b4, theirs a KZbinr named Thew Adams and someone made him a custom Skywarp by using a 1/100 Destiny Gundam I think it was.

Really helpful that GP01 had a chest piece that looked perfect as Starscream's plane cockpit chest. Really knocked the design out of the park with this kitbash.

Absolutely love it, Starscream is my favorite Transformer character. We could use a tutorial for his head!

Thanks Joe. I probably won’t revisit anything specific with this due to time and other projects but the head was pretty simple. I just sanded the camera down with a dremel and filled the hole it left with a melted piece of the plastic runner, so it fused together before it cooled. Sanded that over, so the head was the right shape. Then applied filler putty to make it smooth.

I absolutely love this!!!! I like Starscream and Soundwave! I don’t do Gunpla but I do have a weakness for model kits... the Power Ranger/Sentai ones are a lot of fun. I’ve started seeing Transformers kits but it takes all my will power to resist 😂

Gunpla kits are so fun to build. They don't require any glue and just snap together. You should really try to make one. You'd enjoy it.

This is great work, my weaknesses for the Transformers is Omega Supreme and the Combiner Transformers Devastator and so on. I like to see how you would do in using the larger scale Gunplas. All in all fantastic work. I wish Gunpla dabbled in the Transformer's universe,

The problem was that I built that helmet when I used to stream. So motivation to do it again wasn’t there. It’s been a while but I’ll get to it again. I’d love to have a finished one done for my display case.

Man, do I have a story for you with this guitar. I’ll probably explain it at some point if I ever show it. It went to hell and back. At one point, I got so frustrated with it, I put it in a garbage bag ready to be thrown out.

@@Heroesworkshop Might I make a suggestion, look into using the 1/144 scale Leos, Maganac, and I this type of kit might be a P-Bandi I think the Mercrius and Vayate, because the Vayate has a Beam Cannon that could work at Megatron's Fusion Cannon, it prob. needs some tweaking here and there and the torsos from the Vayate, the Leo, or the Maganac might work as Megatron torso, it just depends on what it needs to be done with it.
