The size is the size you scale them to. You have to measure your head.

How many foams sheets it takes to make the full armor? I'm evaluating how much I will spend creating this amazing stuff over getting it 3D printed (purchase). Considering I've 0 skills I can spend a lot of time doing this, but the result can or cannot be as good as yours. hahaha. Can you tell me how many EVA sheets you used for the full costume?

Every costume is different. You can’t get a definitive answer for that. You’ll be able to gauge it over time. I don’t count sheets. I just buy them as I need them. I’d try this helmet out first and see how much you would need for that as a start.

Hi love this video and i definitely going to give it a go. Probably a silly question but when sealing it do you do the inside of the helmet? Do u paint the inside? Thanks agin for this

This isn’t a silly question. You don’t need to seal the inside but there will be areas that might need some reinforcement. Instead of sealing the inside, glue some thinner foam on areas inside the helmet to strengthen those seams.

How do you know at a how big of an angle you have to cut the piece (bevel) like isnt it going to be innacurate if you cut it in an innacurate angle or do you just cut and hope youre lucky?

I guess you didn’t actually watch the video where I literally explained different angles of cuts, how to dictate what kind of cut using the software and how to cut them. Typical clown.
