I think Chalcadon (LPath) is one of my favorite raiding targets for farm disruption. Free xp, undefended, and its my way of saying "Tithe this!" The pirate planet Donn also an easy raid target. Haven't tried purchasing storage, buying cheap food, storing it, raid and shut down the planet, sell food back to them after cooldown.
