What if: The Ursus city Chernobog dug up an ancient machine known as the Sarcophagus and got some Scientist to work on it, with Kal’tsit leading the team to prevent any mishaps. That could be it. The Sarcophagus was meant to house the Doctor. In RIM Billiton, Babel dug up the Rhodes Island landship, considered a high-tech relic and discovered PRTS. Considering Priestess promising that we'd see her again. I have two theories, one is that there's a second sarcophagus waiting to be found, with Priestess inside, and the second theory is that Priestess is inside the landship somewhere, hidden, as it's big enough and there's a chance not many facilities are fully explored.

@@johnsomebody3627 Vigilo spoiler: I'm suspicious of there being additional Sarcophagus's inside the land-ship as well. One of the Vigilo side stories contained a conversation between Kal'tsit and Closure where Closure was attempting to obtain permission to access some locked rooms on the land-ship and Kal'tsit denies her request. It could mean a lot of things but there is indeed at least a small section of the land-ship that Kal'tsit has locked up.

Theresis for initiating his decapitation operation which lead to the death of Theresa; Kal’stit for failing to protect(?) Theresa; and Doctor for having been actively involved/personally killed Theresa himself, hence the portrayal in 2:00. Afterwards when Babel fell and Theresa’s lost the battle for the crown, Kal’stit personally puts a heavily injured Doctah in the Sarcophagus for the next 3 years until Amiya wakes him/us; later W meets Doctah in Chernobog (where Sarcophagus was) and chooses to let us/him go because of some interactions(?) she made with Scout? (Can’t properly recall why she let us go despite as a target)

In vigilo story event, we got info that health of doctor was is in bad shape To the point that he actually HAD to wear mask and special protective suit and eat special meal arrenged by Kal'tsit(Doctor took care of it himself in the past) And aslo he have low stamina. So there is no way that he can fight Confessarius in melee (any sarkaz will beat him) Tuluhah(Kashey) actualy mention doctor as "Rotting for centuries goul"(But she(he) may be talked about someone else) Its true that if we compare hands of doctor that was awakened by Amyia, and hand of Doctor that talked to Priestess, former one looked more healthy Well even if his physical condition is bad, he still insanely smart
