You can now see a little icon right to everyone's name (left side) that indicate on witch platform they playing. For the guardian class you were playing first you need to activate your special (Q) to reduce recoil by a lot.

I'm sure someone else might have mentioned it, but when playing the heavy gunner, deploying your defensive barricade skill also steadies your heavy weapon eliminating the recoil and vastly improving your aim accuracy (along with defenses).

Definitely feel like the bugs need dismemberment kills against the soldiers to give it that cinematic feel. Also, men often burned alive in the movie, needs that effect. Eventually, they need to create a mode where you can play as the bugs vs. real players and allow those dismemberment execution kills. When you shoot a bug, the bullets should be able to cut off limbs on bugs like the movies slowing them down. I hope they can make these improvements, but probably not likely as it would massively change performance.

One thing I hope they implement is each squad has their own resources that are gathered between the four individual players, this way if you want to be on your own turret you have that ability to do so, I’ve found that shared resources just leads to one person who probably only plays rust and other building games and they destroy everything you make just so they can make something like a tower 💀😂

I like how you get mad about some guy putting a wall up in the base rather than a turret. Then take the wall down... One sure way to win this map is to put a wall on every line that you can. Walls STOP the bugs.

Do not waste your money on this game. The sensitivity settings do not allow you to adjust X and Y axis separately. It also does not have a different sensitivity for ADS. Aiming in this game with a controller sucks. With the way the bugs just spawn behind you while also tying all the sensitivity to one setting means youre either sacrificing turn speed for better accuracy or vise versa. Without a different ADS sensitivity you are basically over correcting everytime you aim, slowing down your aiming time compared to the pin point accuracy of a mouse and cursor. For those of us used to playing FPS games like CoD, this games feels more like a PS1 shooter. And on top of all that, your settings don't get saved. I have to change them everytime I start the game, settings like toggle for sprint, ADS and crouch, even the sensitivity settings reset to default. I haven't found any option to save my personal settings. I understand is still early access but this game isn't even ready for that. I was trying to play horde mode the other day, the ticker stopped counting kills and the match couldn't be finished. So youre either stuck playing until you run out of reinforcmemts or quitting and not getting any XP.

There are attachments that increase reload speed and recoil control. I've got the mags and it's less then a second. They don't need to overhaul any of that.

This heavy weapon does more dmg than the standard weapon, hence more recoil. To counter the recoil, simply crouch down or activate ur ability which deploys the weapon onto the ground. As the other commentor said, reload times can be reduced thru upgrades. It's all common sense.

50 bucks is pretty cheap for what’s offered here This isn’t 70$ like a AAA, it’s a higher tier AA game, that just came out of a year of even cheaper price for early access 50$ is respectable considering the quality and enjoyment possibilities, and a good investment for them to be able to bring more, for longer And I didn’t even mention the story missions and operations with clans, there’s no world where this isn’t worth 50$, I’m even surprised it’s not more

I refunded it. I'm in Germany and the game has so many spelling mistakes or Texts are not translated at all. Without an FOV Slider or 3rd person you can't see in battle. Subtitels don't work. I was hyped for the game and I'm really dissapointed. 😢

Iv played it.. Trust me when I say this game is boring AF. It feels like a game that should have come out in 2010.. You will have fun for about 5-10 hours before you realize how outdated and boring it is. You’ve been warned.

@@carolthepyro899 Not every game that came out in 2010 was “fun” but that’s fair in some ways I do enjoy older games still. Problem is this game has a very generic structure that would have been acceptable in 2010 not 2024. Starship Troopers Extermination feels like a mod for Counter Strike: Source or Battlefield 2. It’s has a very outdated game design and graphics with very easy gameplay. No extensive unlocks or any cosmetics. Overall fun for 5-10 hours then it becomes boring. Just my opinion.

Know what I do when firing a weapon with that much recoil? I dont fire it on auto unless there in my face. Im not seeing much besides this defense mode. Like no story or anything just a hoard mode with mid to low level graphics. This DEFINETLY isn't a Hell Divers 2 killer pfft...its still in early access yet just like devs now adays "ITS IN EARLY ACCESS!" thats the excuse I keep hearing for every problem in this game and it looks loaded with issue's. Like...no voice coms?WTH?I seen people running around with mic icons...and it looked like they were talking...I think maybe your the one not using voice chat. I dont think this game looks worth over 40$. Unless its on gamepass Ima wait and see...I own Hell Divers 2 so I can always go and play that and that games leagues above this game. Iv noticed allot of KZbinrs who are sponsored by the game.IDK if this guy is sponsored by the game, if he is I would just look at gameplay and thats about it, people who get sponsored by games aren't trustworthy because there being paid to sell a product while claiming there nutrual. Again...IDK if this guys sponsored buy starship troopers or not Im just saying that almost every video Iv seen about this game has been sponsored by the game...Id love to see that sponsorship...like what the persons supposed to do to get paid.
