@Lana Joseph I was thinking the same thing. I find it funny that he remembered how emotional he was, in that he almost cried from his response to rejecting Kerry, but didn’t remember what he said. I know I sure as heck remember.

He has learned a million lines. He can’t remember everything. He does recall the general idea and the circumstances. It was like 8 years ago. They don’t rewatch scenes over and over again like us.
