I think that the correct decision for a college student is that he should first change his environment and find people and communicate with those who had done something or had achieved something, not only big things but small good achievements . This thing if motivates him , then he will also try to achieve them at a point and those connections will help Him a lot like guiding him and telling the experiences they have faced during their journey....👍🏻
