it doesnt even matter. Think about it, how many millennials and Gen Z'ers do you know that are super hard working? In my experience, these people don't want to do anything at all besides a computer-based job where they don't have to work hard. No judgement, I am one of them! But I grew up with good work ethic. Over the next 20 years, people who are willing to work hard and do things like painting will be in a really powerful position from a business perspective (the economics make a lot of sense)
