I am having a issue after entering all the information, it got stuck in the process of *downloading WordPress*. Tried uninstalling. But nothing worked

Could the folder that Local is trying to download WP to not have proper permissions to allow it?

This one isn't a directory theme, this is about building websites on your computer using a program called Local rather building websites on a hosting account.
