Natalia Myachina is a Scale Customer Success Manager at Slack shares insights about the role, tools for customer success, and tips on how to start your career in Customer Success.
Our next guest is Natalia. Natalia just got a job at a startup as a Head of Customer Success at Gorgias. Prior to Gorgias she was working as a Scale Customer Success Manager at Slack and at Astro Technology which was acquired by Slack.
Can you briefly introduce yourself, and what exactly do you do as a Head of Customer Success?
What type of skills are needed to work in a Customer Success?
Where should candidates start to get into Customer Success careers? Do they need certain education, skills, tools?
What are the key metrics you need to deliver to be successful in this position?
You just left Slack a few days ago, how did you manage to find a job at a startup during the COVID-19? When did you start looking?

What tips can you share with our viewers who are looking into breaking into the customer success positions?
