Do you know the names of the parang groups? I would like to have them, if you can give me them, please. They finally realized that the steelbands should be playing all through the year. Everybody is running away with it. These are the things that the youth should be involved with.

Do you live next to a pan yard? Have a rhythm posse in your yard and laDivine all in less than half mile? Ok well imagine the noise it gets annoying as children who had to get up to attend school. It already September to March. Plus the rhythm posse don't stop because they do foot ball cricket and parties. I grew up with that crap its why I literally don't like none of it. I see my cuz complaining on Facebook they have kids now

I couldn't stand that stuff steel band and rhythm section at all. When you grow up on the corner of La pastora st and railway road oh god as a child. Is them siparia rhythm section in my mother yard and Deltones next door. I swear its punishment. Half the soca artist from siparia. Is the church they use to be as well marchel Darrel farmer Black . Madness . Just the other day i was thinking maybe its because i was born in January and came home to this madness 50 plus yrs ago 😂😂. You have to get up to go to school all night noise. I see my cuz who still live next door always complaining 😂 my bother went a put the siparia rhythm posse in the yard yrs now to. I left Trinidad at 16 i would have died. Carnival season 2 noise at once. They still missing Daisy Vosein. ❤

I feel your past pain. I actually love pan but would not have liked to grow up next to a pan yard. Too much audio stress. Boy you are out of it now and can appreciate it from a comfortable distance. Carnival is wonderful but it is also craziness. It’s for a time not all the time. lol. All the best and thanks for your insights.
