This is good to know when working with short exact sequences and their derived long exact sequences

5:37 also, I think it will be nice to mention, that if take a map from integers, it will not be injective, because for each value of range there would be 2 possible options +-x

Is it likely that you’d do a series on algebraic geometry? If not do you have any resources or books that introduce the subject at a level that is accessible to undergraduates? I’d really love to see a series on Algebraic Geometry. The few playlists that I’ve found on KZbin are either terse or entire lecture series. I’d like to get an understanding of what the subject is about to see if it’s something I would like to study in graduate school. I really appreciate your channel. It has proved to be a great resource.

another word for "surjective" is "onto" and "one-to-one" is another word for "injective" not for "bijective" surjective = onto injective = one-to-one invertible = bijective

Yes, this is also common. However, I think that 1:1 fits for bijective functions.
