You have no idea how much you have inspired me, and help shape my current life. It started by me watching your hair journey, and being sick of always having the same hair-style. I followed your tips to have better looking hair, bought hair mousse, argan oil, etc, all i could do to survive the "awkward-stages" and comments from friends/family. Now i am satisfied with my hair length, and it looks so good! And i think me growing out the hair, kind of broke a barrier within myself, which now makes it easier to try other new things! I have a feeling that your next project of weight training will inspire me even more.

I've always been super intimidated of weight training, not knowing how the barbell or anything works, I had joined a gym just before pandemic but would usually do all the machines randomly and walk the treadmill and be back. Over the course of lockdowns I've built enough strength through home workouts with dumbbells and follow along videos to be comfortable to get back into gym and do proper training. Excited to go to my uni gym next year and get better physically. Loved the idea of keeping track and accountability by recording, definitely trying that out. Just the reminder I needed :)

Gladly looking back at this feeling lot more confident in my ability to workout in a gym. Was i consistent? No life happened and I had excuses - but imma persevere. I'll hopefully be tuning here alot more

I love this positive energy! I used to workout consistently but I’ve gained weight since the pandemic and I decided the other day that I want to make a change. I started using my fitness pal and I will start going back to the gym. I felt super overwhelmed when I started too, but as you keep going, you build more confidence. Keep doing you bro

thank you for this, I really needed it, when I watched this video I was 5'5 waying in at 60 kg most of which was fat and as soon as I finished this video I cleaned my room, started taking care of myself both in the hygene compartment by getting a skin care routine through geologie(as you've recommended previously), showering more regularly and getting into a habbit of flossing and in the muscle compartement by working out, two weeks later I'm now 56kg, I'm doing 30 pushups, 40 situps, 35 jump squats and a 60 second plank monday to thursday, running a few miles every saturday for cardio, resting on friday and sunday and eating more healthy my face is also a lot cleaner, my hair is a lot fuller and I just generally have a cleaner body so thank you for this, I'll keep updating as time goes on

Proud of you for this one man. Been recovering from a recent long-term hospitalization and really been meaning to get back in the gym. If anything it feels good to know I'm not alone in this, it'll be hard since I know I've lost a lot of progress but I'll remember what you've said here when I'm back tomorrow for the first time in months!

I absolutely love the positivity. 'You just have to roll with it' goes a long way. Sometimes focusing on one thing at a time is just what we need. Great approach and I wish you grains upon gains! Remember to always sit in a caloric surplus for at least 6 first months of training!

It's been like 3 months since I started watching your videos regularly and taking good care of my hair via your tips was probably the best decision I've made in a while (as in properly drying, it not being too harsh on it, switching to a shampoo bar, using a hair oil) and it seriously payed off I am now playing around with different shampoo bars and using a locally made shampoo conditioner that works really well and I feel tons better about my hair thank you.

First of all, great video. Secondly, I'd like to share some humble pieces of advice I've learned in my short time on earth with the comment section, first one is compare yourself to your past self and not to others, keep it real and keep track of your progress even the slightest progress goes a long way, second one is look at where you're heading but keep yourself mindful of the distance you've cut, the progress you've made and keep yourself positive and mindful. Third piece of advice is keep your goals maintainable in the long run, like actually just push yourself gradually towards your goal everyone starts somewhere, don't expect to be an expert just showing up to something, gradually you'll become that expert or that role model you've been looking up to.

I subscribed here cos of hair tips (I am growing out my manes for more than 1.5yrs) but I like such videos of yours, Luca. I had been in such a journey. Got myself on track and was killing in all terms. Few years later, I am in this rut and slowing down in all terms. But NOT ANY MORE, I am restarting and will be on track again, same but better.

I feel like I'm on the other side of the self improvement journey where I've gone through all the elementary stuff like the workouts and the learning of new skills, but now I look back through all the work I've done and am asking myself "What are you truly trying to accomplish?" And I think that's the most important part of the process and the one that will pay off the most in the end, but it's also the most painful one. It's when you start to realise what's really important in life. This video reminded me of when I first decided to improve myself and that early stage of the journey. Hopefully it will all be worth it in the end!

I think most people (myself included) start off by going late at night and just by doing random bicep curls lol The hardest part about fitness generally is that 3-6 months in the beginning. You have to really want it to persevere through it and for the habits to form.

Luca I have been swimming lately as a source of cardio. Since you mentioned that you injured your ankle, I think swimming would help relieve the pressure that running puts on your legs as a different method of cardio. Also, thank you for the amazing hair tips because I wouldn't have been able to have healthy hair without finding your channel.

Dudes I want to share a small story, I’ve began growing my undercut for a year now (thats how I came across this channel, for the hair videos), somehow as my hair grew I became more confident in myself, I returned to train my sport which is boxing, I was working out 3-4 times a week, my gpa in uni got way up (the highest it’s ever been), I got into 2 relationships, that’s where everything went down, now I’m heartbroken and I can hardly get out of bed, everything is falling apart and I feel like I’m not doing anything about it.

Also I did watched the Videos about hair growth you made a few Years ago. But I I didn't missed something your basicly just let them grow whitout cutting anything? I have very tousled, thick hair and I wonder if I even could grow them out whitout getting hot Heat. Would you say cutting the middle and letting the Hair on the Sides grow long would look good? Especially if I go for a feminine Style?
