Sad to see the Harbaugh 49ers not get the recognition they deserve sometimes. We had some good years with Garcia and Owens, 12-4 one year but this was when they were truly a Super Bowl team again since the late 90’s. I like this squad better than the current Shanahan Niners.

That Harbaugh squad was special and definitely stacked, but I like the Shanahan era a little more. Harbaugh is way more irritating, and the team culture is just more positive nowadays (and fewer players getting arrested, for one thing). And both sides of the ball is similarly stacked.

@@stevendiryawish752 the reason they lost in the 2011 nfc championship is because the backup KR fumbled multiple times. If that didn’t happen they’d advance to Sb 46 and for sure win it. They should’ve won Sb 47 but the refs missed a clear PI call in the back of the end zone on Crabtree, that’s 2 Super Bowls they should’ve won. 2013 NFC championship. They technically lost because of a bullshit RTK call which gave Seattle another drive that should’ve never existed, they would’ve most likely won that game and also beat Peyton Manning in SB 48. The 49ers should’ve 3peated through the 2011-13 season and they should’ve won SB 54 for the 2019 season. They could’ve won 4 Superbowls during the 2010 decade.

@@MasonPatrick2.0 Despite all those heartbreaking moments for the 49ers, the giants and warriors made up for it. Giants won three world series titles from 2010-2014. Warriors won the NBA Finals this year (their other titles in 2015, 2017, and 2018 were when they were in Oakland, so those probably don't count as championships for San Francisco, but they'll probably win some more titles in the next few years).
