Much nicer than my first attempt at a jelly roll quilt, good idea to cut each strip in half, it spaces out the fabrics nicely and the diamonds make it look like it is floating, beautiful quilt!

Thank you for this beautiful tutorial. I really like your tips. . . even using weights to hold the ruler down. I have never made a quilt, but I want to try one using the jelly roll idea. I bought some black and white fabric (jelly roll) and purple solid to use as the accent. I was having a little trouble deciding which jelly roll race I liked the best, but I think this is the one. Now I'm thinking I need borders. . . oh dear!

A true quilterMaster in action, and a perfect finish also - and you also generously gave away 3 beautiful Quilts - wish I had been here 3d of april last year. I AM sure these quilts warmed more than 3 peoples hearts :) Thank you for showing generosity, it is such a rare treat, it warmed my heart and restored more of my trust in humanity. now on to Jordan Fabrics to look at Jelly Role Kitts :) I AM in Denmark, so hope The Toll wont TAX more than the fabric costs :)

the 1st strip you use you can cut off 18" it will ensure that the strips will not match up
