I would use the same ratio. You will need a very good strainer if using fine grinds

Hello Ms. Riza! I have your 2 books here in PH!!! Yay!!! But I want to concentrate on using the milk syrup since it is cheaper :) some of your recipes are with fresh milk only. Can you give advice for every 1 oz of fresh milk, what would be it's equivalent to milk syrup? thank you so much, you helped me a lot. Hope this will be noticed 🙏🏻 Reply

Hello! The proportion of milk syrup to milk depends on the brewing method. For cold brew, it's only milk syrup and no fresh milk...

Cold brew is brewing over a longer period of time before straining the coffee grounds. Instant coffee dissolves in water so if you would like to make it closer to 'cold brew' use cold water to dissolve. Technically, not the same
