Because of the weight of the structure of the space elevator, gravitational forces will pull it down to earth and crash. So space elevator is improvable. Winds will move it, will attract a lot of condensation and would get hit with a lot of lightning.

You're completely wrong, on so many levels, including the use of the word "improvable", but that's okay. But if it makes you feel better, in Kim Stanley Robinson's book "Red Mars", the space elevator (spoiler alert) crashes back to the planet.
