I'm not saying I don't mistakes (because I make a shit-ton) but a driver of her competence even though she is a learner should of just put the gas pedal to the floor to get up to speed. @@queensworld1814 The meaning of the left knee in the middle of your lane is your position is slightly to the right in the car. Therefore your left leg or knee is in the middle of the lane. Eventually this becomes second nature and you no longer have to visualise it.

I would wish you luck on your test but only luck for what kind of other drivers on the road you may encounter on it like this video - I think they're you're biggest concern to be honest! Not everyone passes on their first attempt and it's only a test, you get to have another go another day if not so it just means you have a little more work to do on some stuff. Like you say, just do your best and just drive. Maybe try and drive to impress? Show how much you know, how much of an example you can be compared to other road users out there and make the examiner pleased that she can finally pass someone this week... their previous students on the tests may have been absolutely terrible! 😅

At 13:53 I think that was a tough one as there was no signage for the road, it was obscured by trees and the bus and I think she signalled about as early as she could have done but yeh slowed down a litte more as there was enough space behind to. She did well though! Yeh work on the roundabouts a bit, moving off (I would have reminded her of the white van and the BMW which pulled out to scare her a bit), reversing and some more duel carriageways (not all at the same time of course haha) and I reckon she'll be set 😁👍

26:05 I was literally just looking this up on the internet approximately 30 minutes ago. Where I live, people frequently turn into the right lane as they are preparing to turn left at an intersection. They don't even do it to make a U-turn. They simply do it. It's so annoying and dangerous. They turn toward incoming cars that are passing by.

I actually think it’s good in residential and school areas but some areas should not be 20 it should be 30

Forever impressed by all the details Aman notices while shes with a learner. Remembering all the cars, the faults, the turns, the looks. Unbelievable!

Despite the serious faults she drives the car really well. Just practice your awareness, I had trouble making decisions before I passed but the quicker you learn to adapt and plan early, the better and calmer you will feel! You got this

She does exactly what I still do, even 4 years after passing my licence - she tends to explain or even question what she did every so often. Be a little more confident in yourself, you can do all of that. Just like with that roundabout, the one in front was making a mistake, don't let him throw you off, you were right before. Also with the zebra crossing - of course you stopped, there was a person, don't question it afterwards.

@@DaSpecialZak Good luck, one tip from me. In your test or one of your lessons, try to verbalise everything “mirror, mirror, signal” , “new road, new mirrors”, “I see this person, are they crossing the road?” “I have right of way here” etc. It might help, plus also let the examiner know you’re doing it

Some of these give me anxiety. I watched one with lots of mistakes before a lesson ( what not to do) but i did bad. So then i watched a pass mock test and i did good 🎉

Her driving is not bad at all just silly mistakes. If she keeps practicing her lane discipline during roundabouts and dual carriageways she’ll pass

She nearly caused several accidents???? That bit with the truck coming up behind her was genuinely a bit hairy. Aman looked worried

@@lovablesnowman Yeah all she has to do is speed up next time… yeah it’s not good at the moment. But it’s mistakes that are easy to fix, just speeding up to 60.

If the drivers that Aman got where perfect, none of learner's watching wouldn't learn anything.

14:34 Zig-zags marked across the end of a Give Way junction should alert you to extreme caution to a pedestrian crossing very close on the new road. If you are turning right at this one the pedestrians might help you emerge but turning left they might cause you to fail a test..

Can I ask a question about how far should I sit when driving? Me and my husband have very different view. He thinks we shouldn't have our leg straight when pressing the clutch. My instructor said my leg should be straighten up when pressing the clutch. Which one is correct?
@MsAubrey
@MsAubrey 7 ай бұрын
The closer to the wheel you are, the more painful the airbag when it hits you. 😉 If your leg is bent when clutching, you may not have the room to move freely. Personally, I don’t understand how anyone can be so close that their leg is bent to clutch. Then again, I’m short and don’t like being so close anyway. As long as you can reach the accelerator, brake, and can press the clutch to the floor, that’s as close as you want to be.
