Deadlift solution: your form looks pretty solid! However, if you have too much of a straight leg when going downward, you're going to feel it more in your hamstrings and lower back, NOT the glutes. One way to fix it is to bend more at the knee, while going down. You don't want to simply touch your toes. You really want to push your butt back and create a bigger bend at the knee than you are doing. If you want to target the glutes, try bending your knees more, once the barbell has gone past your knee caps. I hope this makes sense. Try with less weight to get the form adjustment, then add the weight back on,, once you start feeling it in your glutes! I hope this helps!!

I feel you on RDLs but I kept art it because one thing about me, I'm gonna learn what i wanna learn. Its really all in your core, i can't remember the "proper term" but brace your core for a punch and it's like you are stiffening your lower back, This is so your lower back is protected. and you gotta bend your legs a bit at your knee but not too much. But really its all in the bracing of your core

Hey Koleen I’ve been watching this incredible moving serious you’ve been documenting and I adore your videos but we need to talk about the plant girl ! 🪴 i love you so listen water your baby only when the soil is dry and use your sink or tub to really hydrate the soil ! Move her to the other side of your couch where she can get maximum sunlight or your bedroom ! And use your mist thing for the leaves , keep the leaves hydrated and clean to encourage growth ! Hi Koleen, for the RDL I can give you a tip that helped me a lot and it makes you feel the exercise in your glutes. So basically you need to ROTATE YOU HIPS, you need to focus on ROTATE the hips then the back will follow, also when you go down with Dumpell you need to slide it very close to your legs almos all the way down until you feel the tension. This is an amazing exercise to built the Glutes 👍👍
