Hey Ryan, My name is James Followill with Ozark Mountain Masonry. I Have been watching your videos for alittle over a month. I am currently incarcerated in Pine Bluff, Ar. I am in a program called work release. I am working at a hardware store called 1911 Construction Building Materials. I have been doing Masonry since I was 16, and I am 38 now. I really enjoy your videos and the way you do business. Watching you and your guys is like therapy for me. I will have to start all over again when I get out, in life and in my business. It feels like I had to press the reset button on my life but I will have the knowledge I have gained over the last 22 years at my fingertips. It gives me butterflies just thinking about having to do it all over again but confidence that I know what to do every step of the way. Thats why I like watching you and your guys cause I always say, There is one way to do things right, but many ways to get them done. If there is one thing that I have learned over the years, it is that concrete is for sure the easiest way to make some money.

@@dalegribble7760 thats true plus if there is such a worker and your other co-workers aren't its hard because they abuse it then i experienced it myself i love my work always do more than i am supposed too just to help out the boss on the job but when the boss isn't on the job you can see the others slack and take advantage of me/it because they can even if they are friendly co-workers some just don't got that spirit to do it

Back in the day around 1967 or so my dad and I built our garage. When he poured the concrete he placed a 2 or 3 inch aluminum pipe in the concrete for the garage door to sit on. We left about 1/4 of it above the cement as a threshold. It was weather tight and easy to sweep dirt over when I cleaned the floor. To this day it is still in perfect shape, that's over 50 years! It also looks much better than the rut left from smashing the garage door into the wet cement. Thanks for all the great videos!

Pretty cool the dude gives you free hats, I bet you’ve got some cool stuff from customers. I was installing HVAC with 3 other guys at this old timers house once, he gave us each a cheapo plastic folding pocket knife. I carry that thing all the time and that was several years ago.
