This looks soo incredibly exciting! I’m going into my first year of medicine, but I recently discovered an interest in biotech startups. I’m honestly not quite sure if medicine is the best career path to go into the biotech industry (most people in the industry studied biochem or some type of engineering), but I was wondering if you think it’s possible to run a startup while still studying.

I am not really in the entrepreneurial space but I believe as long as you have a good product and the right marketing strategy you will succeed. Also, I believe regardless of what you do being young (overall) presents more advantages than disadvantages.

I think the true key is solving a problem people actually have! A product can be the best in the world but if it doesn't solve a true problem, no one will buy it ;)

You are in good company! Mark Zuckerberg was 19 when he started Facebook, eBay founder Pierre Omidyar was 23, Michael Dell of Dell computers was 21, Elon Musk was 24 yrs old, Bill Gates was 16, Jerry Yang of Yahoo was 25, Jack Dorsey started Twitter at 23... So no need to defend your age of 24 when starting such an exciting company - don't women learn faster than men in school? ;-)
