Starting a Black Bear Bait. Bear hunting in New Brunswick

You might want to cover the bait with some logs. Keeps the small critters out of it The bears won’t have trouble moving them but leaving it open will have a lot of critters taking the bait. Good luck with your bear hunt!!

Hey thanks, I forgot to take some plywood in, found a bunch of bait so I'm headed back in tomorrow and to cover it up.
