What were the biggest challenges you faced as a solopreneur in the early stages of your business, and how did you overcome them to eventually reach $10M in revenue?
@thefailedfounder5 ай бұрын
Getting started honestly. As our own biggest critic, we can put off starting because we doubt ourselves or fear failing. Once you overcome that and just start, you’ll find yourself growing yourself too!

What were the most significant challenges you faced when starting your business alone, and how did you overcome them to achieve $10 million in revenue?
@thefailedfounder5 ай бұрын
Accountability and consistency. Without a cofounder or founding team behind you it can be tough sometimes to stay on track when distractions come along the way. That’s why even as a solopreneur it’s a good idea to surround yourself with other likeminded people whether online, in coworking spaces or friends doing the same.

Diving in entrepreneurship opens up a lot of opportunities. I'm curious how do you keep yourself focus and not have a shiny object syndrome?
@thefailedfounder3 ай бұрын
I think doing it for the right reasons helps you stick to it. If you’re starting something just for the money or because it’s an escape from something else, it’ll be easy to get distracted and fizzle out. But if you’re really doing it because you are solving a problem you care about or in some cases have no other choice and need it to succeed and progress- you will stick it out for sure. That’s my experience at least, I have had heaps of side ideas I get excited about but never start or give up on because I didn’t “really” care about them. Hope that helps!
@terigcreatives3 ай бұрын
@@thefailedfounder Yes this helps! Thank you so much for giving time answering my concern. God bless you! Btw, you're right. Now I realized, I'm just escaping from something. That is why my intention or goal is not clear. Thanks again!

Starting a business alone requires a strong sense of discipline, as you'll be responsible for managing all aspects from planning to execution. It's crucial to leverage available resources, like online tools and networks, to compensate for the lack of a team. Success often hinges on being adaptable, resilient, and willing to continuously learn and grow.
