Yes! I love the Good Place. It had such an amazing ending because it ended how they wanted it to, instead of being canceled. You should try the hardware store, those containers for nails and small parts could be the way to go!

Baylee you can also take a brayer and roll it over the section you complete it really helps the diamonds adhere well!

If you spill the little gems, could you use one of those sticky lint rollers to pick them up easier? That's what I use for glitter and it works well, but it's not nearly as chunky.

Using a light box/pad under the diamond painting to help see the symbols/letters better. I find it really helps when I’m doing DPs

Yeah, it does! I was doing that last night. When I livestream or film for a video, I don't do that because the footage looks much better without a light box.

You should try Artic Fox's frosé and Pink Flamingo( I think) they are wicked vibrant and Frosé is a light pink.

hey baylee. when I do my diamond paintings I use plastic zip lock bags that has the coin values on it. and it takes up less space and write the number an a small square of paper and put it in the bag and write which numbers I have for my next one in case there's the same colour so I can make my own in future

I am super curious about overtone!!! what would you need to just dye your hair? i know they have three different products but its a lil confusing to me haha, i have purple hair atm. I think i would get the purple for dark hair since I dont want to bleach my hair much anymore.

Overtone isn’t actually a dye. It’s a color depositing conditioner. You use the coloring conditioner in the tub to initially deposit color and then you’re supposed to use the daily conditioner after every time you shampoo to redeposit color. The swatches they show on the website with it on different hair colors is pretty accurate in my experience.

The daily conditioner is a waste of money btw. You can just buy the concentrated version of the colour and dilute it with conditioner. Anyway, if you don't want to bleach, then the tub of purple for dark hair is all you need.

Siobhan Poole It probably depends on your hair routine and what you’re looking for. I initially dye with manic panic, Arctic Fox, lime crime, or some combination of all three and then I have the daily conditioner to keep the color bright. I guess I could mix my own using the tub, but I like the consistency of the premixed and I only have to use it every other time I wash, so one of the bottles lasts forever for me. I have shadow roots so I only have to do a full dye maybe every four months.

If you ever want different containers, look into lockables! Love them for my diamond paintings. A bit expensive but if you use a 50% off coupon at Michaels the price is perfect. They hold 2/3 bags of diamond art club bags.

a couple diamond painting tips: 1. replace the clear film/cover with parchment paper. it's much better than the clear plastic stuff and it will help you not feel overwhelmed. 2. buy little jewelry ziploc baggies (i get mine from walmart/dollar tree but i'm in the US so i don't know about canada) to put your excess drills {the diamonds} in and label them. that way you have backups if you need any!

The extra shinny daimonds are AB daimonds, there are also crystal daimonds for daimond paintings it just depends on the painting

Those are called AB (auroura borealis) diamonds! They look absolutely gorgeous on the diamond painting when complete 😄 I use my mother in laws empty pill bottles to store my DAC diamonds 😊

Why.... did you need the febreeze? If you are going to keep diamond painting I recommend a craft mate lockables container or Elizabeth Ward tray. Hehe. The yellow drills, #129, are extra glittery becuase they are Aurora Borealis (AB) drills don’t they have a special coating that makes them extra sparkly!!! I love that your art was made into a diamond painting. I absolutely love Diamond Art Club so I will definitely be your canvases when they release them!!

Watching you putting the drills into the jars and then starting on the diamond painting has me excited about the release of your two paintings. I'm bummed, because I am never going to actually be able to watch you live-stream the diamond painting, though, because I go into the office on Wednesdays and our computers, (even personal ones), are encrypted and sites like Twitch and KZbin are blocked. I'll have to keep an eye out on your videos where you show you doing some of the diamond painting. Still, hyped about purchasing two of your paintings! The games you and your friends are not known to me. I'm not sure if this is because I'm old(er) and out of sync, or if they are games found in Canada. Either way, they look like a lot of fun. :)
