I was wondering though, what's the website you go to for your little packaging boxes and plastic coverings? I was wanting to go with plastic baggies but they don't look as nice as plastic coverings. I would be careful about Just doing sketchbook tours or a majority of them being that because it sounds like it would be a slippery slope for you n you might end up falling into ur old habits of fading out ur improvement series. 😞 i like them n dont want them to stop

It's worth a try, and I can switch it up again if it doesn't work. I just like how I can work on bits and pieces here in there instead of dedicating only a couple bigger blocks of time per month. The plan is to train myself to sketch regularly.

Baylee I love watching your videos and I love your art but your cluttered art room gives me such bad anxiety that I have a hard time watching all the way through your videos. I miss watching you religiously.

I’m sorry to break it to you but doing “bits and pieces of sketching wherever you can fit them in” is not going to help you improve. In order to improve you need the discipline to set time aside CONSISTENTLY to sketch. You won’t build a habit if you’re sketching whenever you can fit it in and not making it a priority. I don’t believe in drawing every single day because of burnout, but some amount of discipline is necessary to make significant improvements.

The way it's been going so far is I sit down once a month to film the SIS video over a two day span and call it a day. I need to be putting in those hours throughout the week, every week. It's going to add up to a lot more drawing if I can set aside a couple hours every other day, along with squeezing in extra bits on evening and such when I'm chilling with my husband. It's impossible to sketch consistently AND for several hours a day. If you want consistency, it has to be in smaller sessions.
