As a spell caster he may make the criminal career more interesting too. Might be fun. The second is worse than the first trait wise. I always give my sim at least one trait I don’t care for just to see how they handle it. This challenge is going to be a HUGE challenge!

I wanted to have a hybrid cause I had a spellcaster and mermaid together. The kid aged up enough to have her mermaid form and then got permanently stuck in it while wandering around lol. I wish Sims 4 could get their shit together with hybrids, no reason why they can't be a mermaid and one other type of occult considering mer do so little.

I have never done a legacy challenge, but I choose names half randomly. That is I have a list of over 40 categories, infamous people, fictional people, items from the grocery store, plants, cultural icons, and many others. I use dice (sorry old school for me) to randomize the category and then choose a name. So yeah, like Rasputin, Quasimodo, PeptoBismol, Greasewood, HagiaSofia, and so on. I also use dice to randomize traits. Doing things this way makes 100 baby challenges easier.

If I use a randomized, sometimes I will allow cheats IF my sim is evil or a kleptomaniac. For example, I’ll “steal” an item or money with cheats.

I just started a new short life span legacy challenge myself. However, I'm combining it with breed out the ugly. I also made sure to pick at least 3 lot challenges and I'm going to only allow my sims to start having one good personality trade once they are on 3rd generation. To make it more difficult, the generations have to go through the low paying careers first before the heirs are allowed to enter into a more lucrative career (that means, first we have to be barristers and laborers, etc.). The first sim is not allowed to have a traditional job so I made her a prostitute. And another challenge is to only mate with known townies first. I just started so the first father was Bob Pancakes. Hoping his genes will help out the next generation. Also, the rags to riches aspect of the challenge I have made a bit more difficult as I cannot sell to invisible people from inventory or from art easel. I can only sell via stalls or plopsy. I'm finally having fun again with game play.
