dear Maike. Thank you so so much for your video. I love how your journal ended up looking. BUT even if I'd found it ugly - thank you so much more for your words. This year, I ended up overthinking my planning and journaling stuff so much that it got like a knot in my head. It was like a huge blockade. It stopped me from being kreative AT ALL 😞 I was so much NOT knowing, what I want to have as a planner and/or journal for 2023 that I am in fact just sitting in front of my computer, consuming videos and continue thinking. But watching your video and listening to your thoughts about intentions for journaling, was like a big aha-moment and I instantly got so clear, that all my searching for the right format or notebook is just secondary, if even important at all. It's all about what I do with it. It's about what I put in it. The things that give me JOY. Wow, I am so grateful right now. I feel a great relief. It's not important. I can grab a notebook and just do, what I LIKE to do and what brings me joy. And I can start now. It's easy. That's what my intention will be: fokus on the things that give me joy. THANK YOU 🙂

Thank you Lydia! Oh yes Little My is iconic. Are the Moomins widely known in New Zealand? I feel like there more fringe here in the US whereas they are way more commonly known in Europe.

@@MaikeOatley definitely not well known here. Remember we had one moomin book when I was a kid that I never read. Hahahah. I've really only found Moomins as an adult and love it. I put the TV show on in the background while I'm creating sometimes. It's so sweet.

I really wanted to get that willow tree cover, but I didn't like the color of the inside 😭 but now I'm kiiiiinda regretting it... I hope the inside color of denim blue is at least the same shade as that add: that bear you illustrated is so cuuute! I checked your IG and I love your art :D

I love Moonin! I would love to get some Moonin books I have not seen them in America. I'm going to London in November and one of my goals is to go to the Moomin store! So excited!
