Every tip was good, but the first one was great. I'm tired of listening about "pick a niche", it makes more sense to pick a group of people because that gives you more freedom about creating content with a purpose. Also, I love that you don't mention statistics for people who is only starting because that thing can be demoralizing when you aren't getting views at first.
