sir, if we want to calculate ending address for 32kb then should we subtract 7fff with 15ff (given in question) or we minus 15ff with 7fff ?

Sir,,how can we calculate number of data lines from given memory?

For example if it is given that 1K X 8, means 8 is data lines. If they gives 1KB, means for B (Byte) we have 8 data lines.

07FF when starting address is 0000 0B43 when starting address is 0344 0E00 when ending address is 15FF for 2Kb of data. Is it correct Sir?

1st is correct. 2nd and 3rd is false.

You can change those bits, which is 0. You cannot directly add 2kb Memory to starting address

@@EngineeringFunda But sir, 07FF H + 0344 H (starting address) is coming 0BF3 H as ending address and 15FF H (ending address) - 07FF H is coming 0E00 H as starting address. What's the error here? Why we can't add 2KB memory to starting address directly? I didn't understand correctly. Please respond

Sir you have told 03FF H is Ending Address s. Then why are you calculating Ending Address? 03FF H is offset. Not Ending address. Please check yourself.
