Nice video guys definitely important to establish the basic starting position then let the puller learn how they want to pull from there. Pull in practice how you would in a tournament mainly setting up properly every match in practice. I can say as a coach of a team for a number of years I would always try to get this point across but it would have to be a slow process as people get overwhelmed by all the mechanics that don’t make them feel strong at the beginning of their armwrestling career

Got a question for you guys. I got a really strong high hand toproll. But i got really hard time in tournament dealing pi people grabing me low on my hand. It feels really alward in the setup and i got big problem applying backpressure went people hold me like this. What can i change in my setup should i cup and go sideways or try to low hand?

You answered it yourself man! If they grab you low when you go to cup and go sideways into a hook you’ll have the advantage with the higher hand. If you switch to a low hand you’ll neutralize their fingers/cup and will be able to continue fighting in a toproll
