Man that one room upstairs with the crazy black and white wallpaper. It looks as though you enter the Matrix when you walk in that bedroom. lol. Its okay I'm digging it. It looks awesome.

For that corner that use to be a bar... how about one of those smaller trees but in a pot? Yes those weird round cabinets are so you CAN make islands(and so that your kitchen can flow around a corner).

45:11 When you select an item in the store you can see an "i" in the top left corner next to the items brand name. That provides measurements and it will show arrows if the item is resizable.. like the second square rug is completely resizable after you place it! 😊

I found your channel through these house flipper 2 vids and have been binge watching them the last few days - week. Loving them. I just spent like $80 to buy house flipper, house flipper 2, and all the DLC for 1. So thanks for inspiring the NEED for this game lol. (And thank God I went to buy while the first one is still on sale, or I would have only gotten 2)

I think the odd shaped counters are to go round external corners as opposed to the square counters that go round internal corners, that way you have a rounded contour around your corner, there is also a hanging cabinet that should do the same thing but I couldn't get it to sit on the wall correctly.

Plants work fine under the stairs, if you attach grow lights to the underside of the stair treads. We always used pots.

If you look at the cabinets and in the counter top you can choose option 3 and it will extend out so you have like an island

Ive wondered why his like waterfall, as well as his i believe hes said small pond under the stairs, has no water in it but im assuming that option may be added if they add a gardening dlc
