Great to see your sprouting setup with the shelf, lights and warming pads. I would never have thought to start seeds in early January. Looking forward to updates. Especially about the older onion seeds and if they have lower viability.

Yes - I will have to make sure they have very similar growing conditions so that my experiment is actually valid!

Looks like gonna have hopefully good onions and celery there. Are they sweet onions your growing? Im wanting to try Bermuda Onions someday cause they suppose to have very sweet mild taste. Im planning to grow plenty of tomatoes this spring/summer. I seen on videos people using eggshells for like nutrients for plants, veggies etc which acts like I believe like a fertilizer. Again thanks for another helpful tip veggie upload, enjoying them!!!

Hi! Yes, Texas Grano are sweeter. I put an egg in the planting hole with my tomatoes - may be a trick you want to try? I learned it from Roots and Refuge. Thanks for your comment! Happy gardening! :)
