Congrats on the progress on your van! I’m wondering if you are looking at health friendly and environmentally friendly products? When I was building my van I was able to find no or low VOC glues, paint, stains, caulking and poly coating. This helps when the van heats up where it will emit fumes from high VOC products. I was also happy to find formaldehyde free plywood at Home Depot, soy based and sustainability forested. These products are out there. There’s a Green Building product online store that is great and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Cork is a good vapor barrier, also sound deadening and has some thermal properties.
