Could you tells us more about how you read academic books so efficiently and fast? Would like to see how you select the sections to read thoroughly and which ideas you decide to write down and which you don't :)

I am so glad you adapted this to what you need and are hopefully inspiring others to do the same, rather than mindlessly following these toxic productivity trends. Amazing video ❤

Hey Kaelyn! Didn't notice the improved video quality; editing style was fun; talking in detail about what you are studying was very interesting to hear. More of that please! And on how you are handling your reading lists. Thank you! PS: Best part of the video - undoubtedly the pasta :)

Aloha! I love your content. It keeps me motivated while I study at Oxford online. It's truly nice that you are not the typical female with a high-pitched, ditsy voice trying to sell her content (sadly). I absolutely love intelligent, strong female minds who keep pushing to better themselves. Do you have a desk computer or a cycle desk? I have both and am an athlete myself, heavy into my studies. When I read for hours, I cycle at the same time. I'm in the medical field -- it helps me to stay focused longer, and I have more energy without slumps throughout the day because a part of it is cycling while I read. Thought I'd share...

This is a weird question, but can you do a video on HOW you take notes on your readings by showing a really small example? I am a current MA student in philosophy, and I struggle so much with effective notetaking!!

You need something to prop up your books and hold the pages open to where you're reading so that you don't have to put Moo down. :) I'm sure she'd go for that! So cute. My dog is 70lbs so...that wouldn't work for me. Ha! He just sits next to me while I work...snoring.

75hard isn’t toxic… if it’s just too hard for you to do say that … but 75hard is a wonderful program for those looking to improve mental health and physically as well.. without being babied , or expecting others to do things for them .. lol toxic.. funny

I was once a professional athlete and had a strict routine similar to 75 hard and it was the worst relationship I’ve had with my body. Therefore I believe it is a negative and toxic program for me personally and those who struggle with EDs
