Would you recommend this to anyone who wants to try warbird for the first time??? How would you say she handles?

The bigger they are the smoother it flies. Though I wouldn't recommend it for a first warbird tail dragger. I would recommend the smaller version 1.2m P-51 from Horizon Hobby. I honestly just bought the 1.2m to practice more on that in order to lead up to the 1.5m shown in the video.

@@numb-lock Those were my initial thoughts!! She’s a beauty and expensive I would hate to crash it! Thank you so much for your input!! 🙂

Just fyi...For the P-51 as well as the Corsair, you have to land them a little bit hotter/faster than normal - given you have a paved runway or really nice mowed grass runway.

If you are just starting to get into warbirds another recommendation into low wing planes would be the T-28 Trojan with tricycle gear. I learned to fly on the original Parkzone one back in like 2009. www.horizonhobby.com/product/t-28-trojan-1.1m-bnf-basic-with-as3x-and-safe-select/EFL08250.html It really is one of my favorites to fly as I'm on my 4th one. Two crashed trying to teach friends/family :) The 3rd one is still a Parkzone which I modified with an E-flite Power 10 and the 4th is the new Yellow version.
