The reason why I like watching your site,is because ,you are not like all those nice big shiny outfit that has all the best equipment and tools needed ,not that they've not earned it,but you do represent a category of farmers that have to run their farm by the seat of their pants and try just as hard as the big outfit, to make an honest living at it. How much do you have to shell are you setup for wide rows or narrow

I only have around 12 acres left to shell. I plant 36 inch rows. The sheller I have is a narrow row NI 325. Years ago I used to pick ear corn with a wide row NI 324 with a 8 roll husking bed 36 inch rows is just in the sweet spot where it's the widest row the narrow can handle and the narrowest the wide can handle.
