I like your layout and how easy & appealing it looks. Also, I looked in your Amazon store for your document camera and didn't see it. Could you give details about that? Keep up the great work & best wishes for a great school year!

I’d love to hear more about how your PLCs go this year! We started PLCs two years ago and I feel like I really got it, see the purpose and am excited about PLCs! My team members last year were also engaged/interested in the concept and we had AMAZING PLCs! This year, I’m with 2 veteran teachers who don’t engage in PLCs and don’t really see the purpose and our other members is a brand new teacher to our school who hasn’t had PLC experience before (and I’m sure if overwhelmed by a lot of other things with being new to the school!). We had our first PLC yesterday and I felt like I was pulling teeth to get people to engage! I’d love to hear any advice you have for encouraging colleagues to get engaged and participate so I’m not doing all the work myself. Even updates about PLCs throughout the year would be amazing! Thanks and good luck this year!

I believe the problem is the way public schools are attempting to do virtual learning. I would be frustrated too. Y’all were just thrown into virtual. I’ve had experience with this method and it’s just as effective. I recommend, if your schools policy allows, you pre-record yourself teaching a concept, pausing with expectations of participation. Schedule small groups live to re-enforce the most difficult concepts. Then have them work independently on a worksheet at home as a review.
@MrsCallsCampers4 жыл бұрын
Missy C I don't want to pre-record lessons so I will continue to teach live with my kids :)
