I know that you don't have Dev-cpp folder in your computer. Not only you 99.99% will not find this folder in their PC because it is application just like (Photoshop,Python Ms-office,PicsArt,Filmora,) which I have installed. So it is just an application that was installed by me on my PC. So there is a folder of it in my PC . I was just checking that whether it could open a application or not in that startup screen or not .
