Faceless content still work really great for me on my second channel. You have to balance poor attention span with the fact you need to get to 4000 hours to monitise. I rarely click on videos over 15 minutes. Five to Ten is better. It depends on content of course. If you drag out a simple topic too long, you lose attention span. If you try to teach a course on Java programming in five minutes, you won't have good content.
