It was reported "It will be a limited-edition collectible with only 3,720 being sold." and at $120 you really can't complain especially with it lighting up, sounds and breaks down to the insides showing. Somone on Hyperdrive weathered the Outside Gold with elmers glue.

Yep that number 3720 to 1 is also the odds of successfully navigating an asteroid field.

Incredible! These new Disney pieces combined with your weathering processes really makes these pieces look fantastic, and a great price point too! How does the metallic shell look in person? Does it look plasticy?

The weathering impacting the touch sensor, killing the sounds working, is a major concern. All good?

ABSOLUTELY want to do this when I get mine. But the sounds are a main draw for us. Does the weathering impact the touch sensor?
@wasoha28 күн бұрын
does the touch activation still work well with the paint or did it lose sensitivity? thinking about doing the same thing but concerned about functionality

Why can they make all this cool stuff? But not make better lightsabers that are 1:1, battle ready, got all the features custom sabers have? And mass produce them and make them cheaper? Some of the custom made ones are 200 more, and are worth the expense.
@StarWarsReplicas2 ай бұрын
Right?!
@KyleTheDalek2 ай бұрын
@ Talking of which who do you think make the best Vader saber, which is battle ready and well priced? I’m getting the impression most sabers or the tech in them is imported and just stuck in each makers sabers? I’m in the U.K. as Padawan outpost has good reviews, superneox and a few others.
