After the namaz (where we pray) we sit there and make dua (asking God for blessings and health and for people and for family etc). So the Namaz is the worship, and the dua is where we ask God for goodness and health and blessings. Hope that clears it up a little.

Think about arab Christians, jews and polytheist of 7 centuries who did not need translation that were waiting for the last messenger, when they heard the Quran, they spilit onto two groups, those that humbled themselves and Fellowed the messenger and those who debated with messenger about his preceeded counterparts. When they realized that indeed this is the last messenger that they were waiting for that issa(Jesus) mentioned, they walked away. On the day of judgment, they will face issa, and Jesus will defend himself against their falsehood.
